What are the PFOA responsibilities?
The Pine Forest Owners Association provides snow removal, road maintenance, insurance coverage for the common areas, and Design Review Committee Services.

Administrative and day-to-day affairs of the Association are handled by CAMCO, a private property management company.

Prior to beginning any construction, plans must be approved by the Design Review Committee. Please contact the Camco office to submit plans for processing by the Design Review Committee. 530 587-3355

What does my PFOA Quarterly Assessment Dues pay for?
Quarterly Dues pay for the above mentioned responsibilities of the Pine Forest Community.

Is there any penalty if my Quarterly Assessment Dues are late?
Yes, There is a “Pine Forest Deliquency Policy”. This document is included with each property owners set of PFOA Legal Documents and lists the procedure in handling deliquent accounts.

What are the responsibilities of PFOA Board of Directors?
The Pine Forest Board of Directors has your interest in mind with their activities directed towards keeping Pine Forest a desirable neighborhood.

What are the PFOA Articles of Incorporation, CC&R’s and ByLaws?
The Articles of Incorporation is the primary legal document filed with the Secretary of State to establish a corporation.

The CC&R’s is short form for “covenants, conditions, and restrictions”, which are the rules of general governing.

Bylaws are regulations of a corporation that, subject to statutory law and the articles of incorporation, provide the basic rules for the conduct of the corporation’s business and affairs.
