How do HOA provided snow removal services work?
During the Term, Contractor will clear snow from the private roadways at the Site (the “Cleared Area”) from the public street to a safe distance (approximately 2-4’) from any structures and obstacles at the Site. The Services will be provided once per 24-hour period after approximately 4 inches or more of snow accumulates on the roadway surface. Contractor will make a good faith effort to consider weather, construction schedules, presence or absence of vehicles, etc. when providing the Services. However, snow removal times are traffic and weather dependent, may vary from day-to-day, and Contractor has sole discretion to determine the route and time of the Services. Contractor is not responsible for additional snow, snow berms, wind drifts, roof avalanches, or snow shoveled from walkways or decks that obstruct the Cleared Area after it has been cleared by Contractor. Delays may occur during heavy weather. An increased level of service (more frequent snow removal) is available and, if requested by Client and provided by Contractor, shall be charged as Additional Services at the rates quoted.
